How do orders work?
Orders on SMWorks are pretty simple. You can add products to your cart and checkout with them like pretty much any website out there.
From there, that order info is sent off, and prints are created on-demand. SMWorks partners with the service Printful - an on-demand product fulfillment service. Rather than stockpiling tons of products that will sit in either a warehouse or boxes for a long time until they sell, these prints are made on-demand, saving time, money, and resources for every party involved.
Once Printful creates the prints, they will box and ship them straight to your door. It's that simple.

Why is the selection of prints so small? Where are the rest of the images from the Gallery?
There's a few different reasons not every photo from the gallery is available as a print. One of the major reasons is that SMWorks' host, Weebly, places certain limitations on how many products we can offer at a time. While this number can be increased, it's not cheap!
On a technical level, not every photo is printable to a satisfactory quality. Without going too much into the details, the size (specifically, dimensions) of a photo impacts the print quality. Some photos are smaller and when printed, particularly on larger sized prints, the quality drops and things start to look a little fuzzy or blurry, which we don't want.
Lastly, quite simply not all photos are print-worthy. Some are just B-roll, meaning they're okay shots for what they are though they lack certain elements to be the best they could be. For me, I only want to sell the very best of my photos - which is why every available photo is carefully selected. Additionally, the selection presently available is neither permanent nor static! Periodically, photos will be rotated to allow for the latest and best photos to be available for purchase. Hint: the most likely candidates for this are the most popular photos on my Flickr page!
However, if there's still a photo of mine not available as a print that you do really want a print of, we might be able to do something about that! Send an email through the contact form and we'll see what we can do. Please do note that a 'special order print' like this will likely incur a slightly higher cost due to the extra work involved. Just slightly though!

I'm not satisfied with my purchase, I'd like to return/refund it.
While it's understandable that you may have buyers remorse - it happens - this is not something covered by SMWorks. Before you buy, be sure it's something you really do want! Measurements for prints are provided on the product pages, so be sure you measure twice before you order.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we do not accept returns for buyers remorse, only in rare cases of irreparable damage/wrong items, however unlikely - see below for that.

I received the wrong item or a damaged item.
Damage in shipping can occur, and we're aware of this. If your order comes in with damage that can't be fixed by just flattening a print with some weights, then contact SMWorks via the contact form on the About page within 30 days of receiving the package. Attach clear photos of the damage and we'll get things sorted out as quickly as possible.
If you received the wrong print or sized print, follow the same instructions as above. The chances of this are highly unlikely, but mistakes by our fulfilment center could occur.
In any case, please make sure you get in contact within 30 days of receiving your order - any later, and we can no longer offer any help.

How are prints shipped/packaged?
Orders fulfilled by Printful are shipped in a triangular box that safely houses a rolled-up print. Once prints arrive at your home, you will likely need to flatten them out before hanging or framing, in which case some good weights are strongly recommended - got any overpriced college textbooks lying around, for instance? Most minor dings on the edges, which are typically covered by a frame if you go that route anyway, can be solved by this, too.
How can I get in contact regarding issues or other reasons?
The best way is to visit the About page and use the email contact form there. Additionally, social medias and an email form can all be found at the bottom of every page on the site in the footer, as well as the Blog sidebar.
